QFD在教学课程设计中的应用

Application of QFD in Teaching Design

Quality Funcation Development is a customer-driven method.As an effective design method,it's widely applied in the industry fields as well as non-industry areas.This paper focuses on the teaching design by introducing the course of Operation Management as an example.Through demand analysis and formation of function houses at three levels,the demands for the relevant teaching program of the course are incorporated into the whole process of teaching and learning.With the aid of the methodology of dynamic QFD,the dynamic combination of the demand for the course and teaching design is achieved.
