| 摘 要： | 随着计算机技术、网络信息化的发展,企业业务流程重组势在必行。通过对现有制造企业业务流程存在问题的分析,阐述了制造企业业务流程重组的必要性,并提出实施方法,最后通过实例介绍了BPR在现代制造业中的具体应用。

| Abstract: | The rapidly advancing computer and network technologies are becoming more and more an impetus to the enterprise business process reengineering.The paper studies the existing problems in the current business process of manufacturing enterprises,elaborates on the necessity for its reengineering and presents the specific implementation measures which are then illustrated in a case study. |
