地区人力资本溢出与经济增长分析

基于内生增长模型,加入空间变量,利用1997年~2005年中国31个省市自治区的数据,分析中国地区人力资本溢出与本地区经济增长和邻区经济间可能的相互作用。结论显示:来自邻近地区的高等教育和初等教育人力资本指标每增1%,本地区经济增长分别平均增加约4.79%和0.64%,然而,邻近地区中等教育人力资本对本地区经济增长的影响具有负外溢性。

Analysis on Regional Human Captial Spillover and Economic Growth

Based on endogenous growth model plus spatial variable, the author makes use of the data of thirty-one provinces, cities and autonomous regions in 1997-2005 and analyzes the possible interaction between regional human capital spillover and the economic growth in the area and the neighboring areas. The conclusion shows that when the human capital index for college education and Junior education increases 1% in the neighboring areas, the average economic growth of this area increases 4.79% and 0.64% respectively,but the influence of the human capital of secondary education in the neighboring areas on the economic growth of this area has negative spillover.
