| 摘 要： | 在对国外森林认证利益相关主体的动因分析基础上,分析了国外主要森林认证体系的发展动力,总结了国外森林认证发展的5种动力模式,研究结果表明:不同动力因素下不同森林认证体系有不同的发展,中国森林认证的发展必须吸收广大的森林经营单位和国内非政府组织参加,积极培育具有环境保护意识和经济能力的消费者。 |

| Abstract: | Base on the motility analysis of interest relevant groups in the process of foreign forest certification,this paper analyses the power to drive the development of foreign main forest certification schemes,sums up five kinds of power mode.The results show that different forest certification schemes under different drive facts developed in different speed.So the vast forest management units and domestic non-government organization should take part in the development of forest certification in China,and consumers with environmental consciousness and economic ability should be trained actively. |
