| 摘 要： | 从效率和效益双重视角,在确定效益和效率的计量方式的基础上,借助24家煤炭上市公司2006～2010年的面板数据,通过变截距固定效应模型,对影响煤炭企业经营效益和效率的因素进行了实证分析,并在对实证结果比较分析的基础上给出提升煤炭企业经营绩效的针对性建议。
