| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the business situation of Baodian Mine in 2012.According to the existed problems,the measures to enhance the cost management,including the difficulty overcoming and hard assault,great effort to keep stable production,full budget,spending saving and consumption reduction,full benchmarking,sustainable improvement,fine measures,serious examination and others were provided. |
