信息共享与员工忠诚度研究

本文在分析员工忠诚度及其对企业影响的基础上,探讨了员工忠诚度的主要影响因素,指出信息共享是企业员工忠诚度的基础,并提出可通过建立完善的信息共享机制来提高企业内部信息共享程度,从而提高企业的员工忠诚度。

Research on Information Shaing and Staff Loayalty

This paper first makes an exposition on the concept of staff loyalty,then analyses the influence of staff loyalty on enterprise,On the basis of that,discusses with the influence factors of staff loyalty management,and fingers that information sharing is the base of staff loyalty. finally,this artical proposes that establishing a comprehensive information sharing system is the way of promotion the enterprise staff loyalty.
