高科技创业企业成长要素与战略选择研究

高科技创业企业是如今创业活动中最为活跃的群体,也是高科技产业化进程中的主力军和科技进步的重要力量.为创业企业提供系统支持,营造鼓励创新、创业的良好文化氛围,帮助其顺利成长已被各界达成共识.本文通过分析高科技企业在创业成长不同阶段的关键要素,提出高科技创业企业应该结合阶段性成长特点、外部环境变化以及内外交互方式作用的不同进行动态的战略选择,来构建创业竞争力,始终保持竞争优势,实现持续成长.影响高科技创业企业成长的外部要素包括经济、政策、人才与文化环境；内部要素包括创业者与创业团队、技术创新、资本与商业模式；耦合要素包括孵化器、助推器、大学科技园、产业联盟和中介机构；高科技创业企业在初创期、成长期和成熟期的成长对这些要素具有不同的需求,应分别采取专业化、差异化和多元化战略.

Research on Growing Factor Demands and Strategic Choice of High-tech Venture Enterprise

High-tech venture enterprises(HTVE) represent a most active community in the entrepreneurial activity of the present era,also the main force in the High-tech industrialization and a driving force of technological progress.Provide HTVE with systemically supports,create a good cultural atmosphere of encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship,help them grow successfully,has been a consensus from all walks of life.Through analyzing HTVE’s key factors in different growing stages,this thesis put forward a point that HTVE should build entrepreneurial competitive strength by dynamic strategic choice based on characteristics of the stages,the changes of external environment,the interactive mode and effects of internal and external,in order to keep competition advantage always,realizes continuous development.The external affecting elements of High-tech venture enterprises growth include economy,policy,talent and cultural environment,the internal affecting elements include entrepreneurs and entrepreneur teams,technical innovation,capital,business model.The coupling affecting elements include incubator,booster,University Science and Technology Park,Industry Alliance,agency.During the initial stage,growth stage,and mature stage,High-tech venture enterprises growths have different requirement to these elements,and should take specialization,differentiation,and diversification strategy.
