文化创意经贸发展及其制约研究

摘    要:文化创意经济发展迅速,各国文化创意经贸往来无论从范围上还是从内容上都在迅速扩张。本文从理论角度和市场角度追踪文化创意经贸发展脉络,梳理文化创意经贸发展程度和阶段,对于文化创意产品贸易形式、内容、贸易特点进行统计归类,通过分析联合国教科文组织《世界文化发展报告-文化、创新与市场》数据信息,概述了分析范围内的文化创意产品贸易的增长特点,深入分析文化创意经济发展的路径障碍、产品方面的障碍以及法律规则障碍,据此论证了实现文化创意产品贸易增长关键要素以及制约瓶颈,并从国际视野剖析了未来文化创意经贸发展产生重要影响的成因,从国际及国内理论与实践角度对于未来文化创意产品贸易的发展如何克服制约性因素进行阐述。

Abstract:The cultural creative economy develop fastly,cultural creative trade of every country enhance qukly in content and scope,the article track the development of cultural creative economy and trade from aspect of theory and market,analyzing and researching the level and the stage of the development of cultural creative economy and trade,making statistics and classifying for type and content of the cultural creative product as well as the trade characteristic of culture creative,through analyzing data and information of World Culture Development Report,the part of Culture,Creative and Market from UNESCO,summarizing increasing characteristic of cultural creative product trade through analysis of culture creative industry,annalyzing deeply path barrier,product barrier,law barrier and regulation barrier of the development of cultural creative economy.Demonstrating the key point of cultural creative product trade increasing and the bottle-neck of barrier,analyzing important impact factor of global culture creative economy and trade development in the future,discussing how we overcome barrier factors for culture creative economy and trade development in the future through using international and domestic theory and practice.
