运动员人力资本属性与价值计量分析

科学地归纳人力资本特征并加以分析是解决运动员风险问题的逻辑起点。本文从运动员职业特征出发,系统地分析了人力资本的依附性、自利性与能动性、个人产权属性和流动性、时效性与异质性、极强的专用性与结构稀缺性、可变性与累积性等特征。并阐明了竞技能力是运动员人力资本价值计量的唯一依据。运动成绩本身不是生产要素,不具有投入产出性,也不具有交换价值,因此,本身也就不能成为资本。虽然运动成绩不是资本,但却是运动员人力资本价值交换的一般等价物。由于运动员职业生涯所拥有的成绩具有品级差异,在人力资本价值交换过程中获得的收益也必然存在较大差距。本研究为系统分析运动员的培养与保障问题提供新的视角。

Athletes Human Capital Property and Value Measurement Analysis

The characteristics of Athletes’ human capital of the Induction is to solve the problem of starting point.Starting from athletes’ professional characteristics,this essay systematically analyzes the human capital dependent,self-interest and initiative,personal attributes and fluidity of property rights,timeliness and heterogeneity,highly specificity and structural scarcity,variability and cumulativeness and other features.It also clarifies that competitive ability is the only basis of the value measurement of athletes’ human capital.Sports performance itself is not a factor of production,because it does not have the input-output and exchange value characteristics.Therefore Sports performance can not be used as capital.Although Sports performance cannot be used as capital,but it is the value of Athlete’ human capital to exchange general equivalence.Because the athlete’s result is different,the value of Athletes’ human capital in the process of exchange gains must also exist much difference.This essay is to provide a new perspective for the systematical analysis of athletes’ training and security issues.
