浅谈如何提高就业指导教师专业能力水平

How to Improve the Professional Competence Level of Career Guidance Teachers

In recent years, along with the active employment policy, employment guidance of graduates has made remarkable achievements. But in today＆#39;s severe employment situation, under the contradictory conflict that graduates difficult to employment, enterprise difficult to recruitment, and the number of graduates is greater than the number of community needs, university employment guidance and service are facing new challenges. Career planning and the professional competence level of career guidance teachers determine the ability of colleges for graduate career planning and employment guidance and services. At the same time, improving teachers＆#39; professional competence also is the important protection to improve the career development ability and employment competitiveness of students.
