| Abstract: | According to financial management problems in current private nonprofit organizations, this paper proposes countermeasures to improve laws and regulations, strengthen supervision, improve financial disclosure information, thereby increasing the openness and transparency of private nonprofit organizations operate in a certain extent, promoting the sound development of the organization. |
