| Abstract: | More and more organizations use team as a mean in their daily operating activities. A lot of corporations focus on how to build efficient and excellent teams. On the basis of team definition, this paper uses management by objectives as the breakthrough point, describes how to utilize management by objectives into develop a team. Furthermore it discusses a few guidelines should be followed to create a highly effective team. |
