| 摘 要： | 高校教育在扩招后,教学质量出现了很大程度的滑坡,加大了高校学生管理工作的负担,也看到了学生管理工作方面存在的不足。如何提高高校学生的管理工作水平关系到大学生的健康成长;为此,本文在力求深入探索的基础上,希望思考一些有益于高校学生管理工作的思路。
