| Abstract: | The enterprise culture construction has gradually become an important part of modern enterprise management. Combining the traditional advantages of ideological and political work with enterprise culture construction, consciously and purposeful taking the culture construction as the ideological and political work into the beginning of management, playing the guiding force, cohesion and normative force of cultural construction, enriching and expanding the form and means of ideological and political work have important significance for development of enterprises. |
