| 摘 要： | 执政党建设问题,是一个世界性的课题。许多国家的执政党由于没有很好地解决这一课题,以致在执政过程中遇到挫折,有的甚至丧失了执政地位。我们党要巩固执政地位,应借鉴国外政党建设的经验教训,加强党的先进性建设。

| Abstract: | The problem of the establishment of the Party in power is a worldwide subject.The parties in power in many countries,unable to solve this problem,meet with setbacks,some even lose their power in office.To consolidate the position of our Party in office,we should learn from the lessons of foreign countries and strengthen the establishment of our Party's advancement. |
