民族地区五年制高职分层次德育教育的思考

摘    要:针对民族地区五年制高职学生存在认知、心理特征、思想素质、行为习惯的差异性,为把他们培养成综合素质较高的职业人,高职学校需要从学生实际出发,按照学生生理年龄段等特性实施分层次德育教育,制定明晰的分层次德育目标,构建分层次德育教育的内容,以利于学生的最佳发展。

Abstract:Due to the diversity of cognition, psychological feature, ideological quality and behavioral habit a- mong five - year higher vocational students in ethnic minority areas, vocational schools should implement moral edu- cation, formulate clear the moral education goal and construct moral education content in different levels, aiming at nurturing the vocational students to become high quality professional people and promoting the best development of students.
