| 摘 要： | 研究生档案能够对研究生的教育发挥重要的作用,因而研究生档案管理也成为了研究生教育管理的重要内容之一,如何改进和完善研究生档案管理,为研究生教育管理提供应有的帮助也就成为了很多档案管理人员关注的问题。本文在介绍ISO30300以及ISO30301两个文件内容的基础上,从其所体现出来的档案管理新思想出发,结合目前研究生档案管理的现状,探讨了研究生档案管理的改进及创新之处,以期为研究生的档案管理工作提供帮助。

| Abstract: | Postgraduate file management plays an important role in postgraduate education and it has become one of important contents of postgraduate education management. How to improve and perfect it so as to provide nec- essary help for postgraduate education management has become an focus of many file management staff. Based on an introduction to the content of ISO30300 and ISO30301, starting from the new idea embodied in them, combined with the present situation of postgraduate file management, this paper discusses the improvement and innovation of post- graduate file management in expectation to provide help for it. |
