| Abstract: | under the background of Competition becoming fiercer in the global stock exchange and the structure of security market experiencing improved and developed with higher speed, the stock exchange of our country is facing the double challenge of system transition and competition. This text is to start with the comparison between corporate governance and member governance, deep to probe into the reason of exchange corporatization, and explain the relevant problems with the corporatization reform. |
