| 摘 要： | 在旅游全球化和区域旅游一体化活跃背景下,区域性旅游安全问题凸显.文章通过文献检索和分析,从国际社会问题的角度出发,提出了区域性旅游安全问题的概念,并给予了相关界定.西方人权权利理论,国际政治经济秩序的不稳定性,区域性民族、宗教、文化冲突等国际社会问题是导致区域性旅游问题凸显的社会缘起,区域性旅游安全问题只不过是国际社会问题在旅游领域的延伸而已.要解决区域性旅游安全问题必须从解决国际社会问题入手,方能根除,而不能像过去过分强调旅游业本身的问题和责任.
