我国城镇居民贫富差距问题研究

近年来,我国居民的收入差距总体上呈扩大之势,特别是城镇居民收入分配差距不断扩大,在一定程度上影响了我国经济和社会的稳定发展。这种状况,既有社会主义市场经济发展的必然因素,也有分配体制改革不完善和管理上的漏洞等方面的原因。必须有针性地深化收入分配制度改革,缩小不同行业及企业间职工的收入差距;大力发展中西部经济以缩小地区间居民的收入差距;建立健全完善的社会保障制度,增强对低收入者的救助能力,最大限度的缩小城镇居民贫富之间的差距。

Research on Gap between Rich and Poor of Chinese Urban Residents

Recently,Chinese residents' income gap is enlarging overall.Especially,the gap of urban residents' income distribution influenced the stable development of our economy and society to some extent due to both the necessity of development of socialist market economy and imperfection of reform on distribution system and management.Hence,we must deepen the reform on income distribution system objectively to shorten the income gap between the employees of different trade and enterprises,greatly develop economy in middle and west China to narrow the income gap between regional residents,establish perfect social guarantee system to increase helping ability to low incomers,and reduce the gap between rich and poor of urban residents to maximum extent.
