| 摘 要： | 本文主要介绍了我国水产品加工业有了长足的发展。但与发达国家相比,仍存在有很多不足,主要体现在基础研究薄弱、加工与综合利用率比较低、加工产品品种少附加值低、装备落后、标准体系不健全、产品质量不高等方面的不足。
