| 摘 要： | 本文从代表性个人的效用最优化问题出发,通过构建动态最优化模型,深入分析财政分权影响收入分配的作用机制与传导途径,并通过模型扩展,从理论与实证两个角度论证财政分权框架内不同政治激励与财政激励对收入分配的影响效果,最后提出相关的政策建议.

| Abstract: | The paper began with dynamic optimization of representative individual,and analyzed the functional mechanism of fiscal decentralization influences on the income distribution by setting the dynamic optimization model,then demonstrated that different incentives would result in different compositions of fiscal expenditures.Finally,the paper put forward some policy suggestions. |
