| 摘 要： | 大量的统计数据表明，社会网络模型应该是小世界网络。由社会人作为其行为主体的服务供应链具有社会网络的共性特征。通过对服务供应链的分析表明，其具有典型的小世界网络特征。通过运用小世界网络的断键重连等理论分析，提出重视服务供应链核心企业的建设、打破区域限制在全球寻求最佳合作伙伴、增强信息传播速度和可靠性等加强服务供应链建设的方法。 |
