| 摘 要： | 当前云南制造业存在的主要问题是产业结构层次低、非烟制造业支柱产业竞争力不强、产业集聚程度低、自主创新能力弱。提升云南制造业竞争力应采取四个方面的对策措施,即推进制造业结构优化升级、实施有针对性的产业结构政策、加快实施制造业集群发展战略、增强自主创新能力。

| Abstract: | There are some problems existed in Yunnan's manufacture: the industrial structure is low,the competitiveness of non-tobacco manufacture supporting industrials is lacked,the industrial agglomeration is less concentrated and the ability of independent innovation is weak.Finally,I put forward such countermeasures as promoting manufacture structure optimization and upgrade,implementing classified industrial structure policy,speedily carrying out the development strategy of manufacturing cluster and strengthen the independent innovation. |
