统筹城乡视角下中部地区多元城镇化模式研究

城乡差距大、城镇化滞后都是制约中部崛起的重要因素。在"两型社会"建设背景下,创新城镇化模式,实施统筹城乡的多元城镇化模式是实现中部崛起的重要战略之一。因此,需要以科学发展观为指导,以统筹城乡一体化为总体目标,构建起以市场为主导,整合中部地区城市群资源,构筑大、中、小城市和小城镇协调发展的现代城镇体系,加大制度创新,逐步消除二元体制的多元城镇化模式。
