| Abstract: | According to the spirit of the national higer educational conference in July, 2002,the article analyze the present situation and defines that teaching work should develop the education system based on "ability". The article also puts forword the teaching method of the increasing strategy by levels in combination with the "Grading System" in order to meet the demand of the higher vocational education development in teaching. |
