海岛地区生态足迹与可持续发展研究——以长山群岛为例

海岛地域经济类型作为劳动地域分工的一种表现形式,有其一般性,也有其特殊性.2004年长山群岛地区生态足迹为1.6825hm2/人,生态赤字为0.9338hm2/人,同时还输出高达25.4608hm2/人的生态足迹.淡水足迹为0.3150hm2/人,为整个大连地区平均水平的10倍以上.赤字惊人.作为开放的经济系统,长山群岛不仅通过本地消耗造成大量的陆地生态赤字,更通过向区外输出大量水产品,贡献了巨大的海洋生态足迹,这使得长山群岛的陆地和海洋生态系统承受着较大的压力.通过对长山群岛生态足迹结构的分析,文章认为海岛地区生态足迹状况是本地区人口资源环境特点所决定的,更是其长期的劳动地域分工所形成的特定产业结构造成的.与海岛地区经济发展较高的生态成本相对,其人口与海洋资源生态环境的和谐程度直接关系到我国海洋国土的完整与安全.在此基础上,文章针对该地区可持续发展特点.提出了我国海岛区域寻求经济社会可持续发展的对策.
