| Abstract: | It is well-known that the power grid development is subject to the impacts and even constraints of many externalities. Focusing on the key points and difficulties in the preliminary work of power projects, this paper looks into the actual external environments in the ongoing power grid projects, and explores and proposes some adequate and effective measures which can be taken in the project management.
