城市经营的绩效评价体系研究

城市经营研究在近几年成为一个热点问题,但存在一个明显的不足是定性分析居多,定量化研究很少。针对这个现状,本文构建了一套由经济、社会、环境三大目标下的多项具体指标来评价城市经营绩效的评价体系;在此基础上,选取了10座样本城市,运用主成分分析法进行了实证研究。通过计量研究和评价分析,不仅使我们对10座样本城市的城市经营绩效有了清晰的对比,同时也对国内其他城市的城市经营决策提供了有益借鉴。

Research on the Evaluation System of the Performance of Urban Management

Though the research on urban management has become a little bit hot topic in last few years,an obvious of shortage is that most of the research is a qualitative analysis,seldom quantitatively.Be dead against this present condition,the text sets up a set of evaluation system about the performance of urban management.On this foundation,it selects 10 sample cities and makes use of primary components analysis method to carry on the positive research.By calculating,analyzing and evaluating,not only makes us have clear contrast to the urban management performance of 10 sample cities,but also provides other cities use for reference from the way.
