生产力标准的绝对性、相对性与科学发展观

生产力是社会发展的最终决定力量，邓小平提出了生产力标准，要正确认识生产力的绝对性与相对性。生产力标准是绝对的，社会的进步与发展归根到底取决于生产力的发展。生产力的标准又是相对性的，因为社会的进步除了生产力标准，还有生产关系标准，社会精神文明和政治文明标准；生产力的发展还存在暂时性与长期性，局部性和整体性的矛盾；生产力发展的受益者是多数人还是少数人，都体现了生产力标准的相对性。只有正确的把握生产力标准的绝对性与相对性，才能坚持科学的发展观。

On the Absoluteness and Relativity of the Standard of Productivity and the Scientific Development Outlook

Productivity is the final determining force for social development. Deng Xiaoping put forward the productivity standards and pointed out that we should understand the relativity and absoluteness of the productivity standards correctly. The productivity standards are absolute because the social progress and development depend on the development of productivity in the final analysis. The productivity standards are relative too because social progress not only lies in productivity standards but also standards of production relations and standards of social spiritual civilization and political civilization. There exist the contradictions between temporality and protracted nature and between locality and entirety for development of productivity. Whether development of productivity benefits the majority or minority of the people embodies the relativity of the productivity standards. Only if we grasp the absoluteness and relativity of the productivity standards, could we insist with scientific development views.
