浅谈饭店管理与服务专业实践教学

旅游实验饭店是实施校企合作、产学研结合的新形式,也是我们在饭店管理与服务专业教学改革与实践中的一种探索.建立旅游实验饭店,将社会资源转变为学校教学资源,定期、不定期地对学生进行轮换实训,以实验饭店的"定单"为导向定向培养.不仅可为学校节省资金,更主要的是,旅游实验饭店涉及到高、中、低不同档次的饭店,处在不同的旅游城市,不仅使学生在实践中可以直接进行对客服务,也使他们感受了不同的饭店文化,最前沿的经营管理理念、服务意识和方式,这些都是在学校的课堂和模拟实验室里学不到的.同时也为饭店解决人手紧缺问题,实现双赢.

On the Practical Teaching Method in the Major of Restaurant Management and Service
