摘    要:基于层次分析法建立高校图书馆员绩效评价指标体系和评价模型,实现对高校图书馆员进行公正客观的评价,解决高校图书馆员的工作进行鉴定和管理的难题,同时对高校图书馆的工作具有直接的导向、改进和激励作用。

Abstract:The essay establishes the performance evaluation index system and evaluation model for college librarians based on the analytic hierarchy process,it realizes an impartial and objective assessment for the college librarians,and solves the problems of identification and management of the work of college librarians,at the same time it has a direct orientation,improvement and incentives on the work of college libraries.
