| 摘 要： | 本文论述了测量系统波动源分离的两种方法:测量系统分析、田口方法,构造了测量系统本身的统计过程控制图——基于方差分量控制的控制图,以达到对测量过程本身的统计过程控制目的。最后给出了综合运用测量系统分析及监控技术的策略图。
