| Abstract: | The paper explores the relationship between entrepreneurs' gender and corporate finance in china.We find that on average the credit level from banks for woman business owners is approximately 90% lower than that for man business owners.By eliminating the influence of other individual characteristics of business owners such as age,education,business nature and financial demand,we find that the credit level for woman entrepreneurs is still 42% lower than that for man entrepreneurs.Thus,we propose that financi... |
