| 摘 要： | 现代财务管理体系是适应现代市场环境特点要求而产生的一种思想,着重于企业内部资源配置的优化,因此现代财务管理体系是基于资产展开的管理,是一种精细化的管理。现代财务管理涉及到包括资产不同形态的管理和资产管理的不同方面,是资产全过程的管理系统,包括财务控制、财务预算管理、投资决策、监督核查和风险管理。
