| 摘 要： | 从推力系统（Thrust system）、动力系统（Power system）、效果系统（Effect of system）三个系统体系的基础上建立资源型城市绿色转型影响因素的TPE模型资源型城市绿色转型的五个动力因素有经济、社会、资源、环境、技术,这些动力因素驱动了碳排放的变化,对绿色转型的进程产生了巨大影响.

| Abstract: | This paper attempts from tiw thrust system, power system, the effect of system three systems based on TPE model is established. The influence factors of green transformation of Resource-based City, the definition of green transformation definition, five dynamic faetom of green transformation of Resource-based city with economy, society, resources, environment, technology, these dynamic faetors driv-ng the changes in carbon emissionS, and exerted great influelme on the green transformation process. |
