摘    要:在汽车工业中,焊接是一个关键环节,采用恰当的焊接方式可以提高车身抗碰撞能力,降低车身的重量、造车成本和油耗,以及简化总装工序。激光拼焊板技术对提高车身强度、减轻汽车重量、提高焊接质量及降低汽车制造和运行成本具有重要意义。文章介绍了激光拼焊技术的特点及在汽车上的应用优势。

Abstract:Welding is a key process in automobile manufacturing.Using proper welding way can improve anti-crash ability of bodywork,reduce bodywork weight,production costs and fuel consumption and simplify general assembly process.The technique,laser tailored-welded blank has the right advantages.This paper introduces the features of TWB technology and the advantages of the application to automobile.
