| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的不断深入,跨国并购已成为外商直接投资最主要的方式。从可口可乐收购汇源的案例,并结合我国部分企业实施"走出去"战略的效果可以看出,跨国并购给我国企业带来的挑战与机遇并存,如何保护和振兴我国民族产业,需要政府、企业和社会三方面共同努力。
