| 摘 要： | 现有实证研究忽视了在华外商直接投资的阶段性,导致数据异质而估计偏误.为避免数据异质和其他计量问题,本文细分数据并采用系统GMM进行估计.结果表明,外商在华直接投资的决定因素存在阶段性差异,其表现为:外资集聚效应和市场规模的作用增强,开放度的促进作用开始显现,工资负效应、非市场化的阻碍作用减弱,税收优惠作用由正变负,交通基础设施正效应、非国有内资企业的集聚效应消失.最后,据此提出了政策性的建议.

| Abstract: | Existing empirical researches neglected the phase characteristics of FDI in China,leading to biased estimation owning to data heterogeneity.To avoid data heterogeneity and other econometric problems,the data is differentiated and system GMM is applied in this paper.The estimation results show that stage differences of FDI determinants in China exist.That is,the agglomeration effect of FDI and role of market size are enhanced,promotion role of openness begins to appear,the negative effect of wage and non-mar... |
