July,during july of 2012,most parts of China is getting to the hot summer,but Chinese PV industry is suffering in the cold winter...The danger of European sovereign debt crisis has effect to decrease the economic of Europe.To China,the biggest effect is for the Chinese PV industry.Of course there is still the problem of oversupply.In the year of 2011,the total capacity of Chinese PV has already get to 30GW,but all over the world in 2011 the installed capacity is just 20GW.At least 10GW cant be sold.At the end of last year,Chinese PV industry has almost stopped.In April of this year,USA and Korean polysilicon giant once again launched a new price campaign.Some manufacturers says"zero price polysilicon",as long as the Chinese buyers to pay $ 10 /kg in international trade costs,they can get a certain amount of polysilicon.Of the impact of foreign dumping,90% of the Chinese polysilicon industry enterprises stop production or close down,if we let its raging,the industry will certainty disaster.Now 90% of Chinese domestic production of solar are exported to foreign countries,only 10 percent are used for domestic.Why most of the Chinese solar products exported to other foreign countries?The main reason is the European Union and some other Western countries governments have already had the subsidy policy fot helping the development of solar energy.Chinese utilization of the solar energy still needs to face with the problem of too high price of the electricity and the lack of matching policy too.
