| 摘 要： | 基于流通产业从末端环节向先导环节的变化，从传统流通向现代流通的转变，作者主张以流通产业为主线重构整个国民经济运行。为此，亟需全面创新中国流通产业政策，包括流通产业融合政策、流通产业体制政策、流通产业开放政策、流通产业组织政策和流通产业诚信政策。

| Abstract: | Circulation industry is based on transforming from end chain into start chain. As far as traditional circulation transformed into modern circulation, the author of the paper advocates that taking circulation industry as a key link to restructure national economic operation. Therefore, it is necessary to make out overall new circulation industry policies, including comprehensive, systematic, open, organizational and cordial policies for industry. |
