中国对外反倾销应该针对下游产品

至今,我国发起的39起反倾销案件中,32起是针对上游产品的反倾销。从我国的基本国情来看,这是不利于我国经济的长远发展的。希望以后的反倾销要遵守公共利益原则,考虑整体利益;反倾销要看对象,不是存在倾销就要进行反倾销;多关注下游产业(消费品市场)的倾销情况。

China anti dumping should aim at down stream product

So far,in 39 anti-dumping cases which our country has initiated,there are 32 anti-dumping cases against the upper reaches products.According to the fundamental condition of our country,it is unfavorable to our country's long-term development of economy.I hope the anti-dumping in the future should be in accordance with the public interests principle and the whole interests;Anti-dumping should distinguish among the targets;Pay close attention to situations of dumping of the downstream industry (consumer goods market )
