At present,there are substantial non-government financial activities existing in China.The abundant capital,the quick development of non-government economy and the easy procedures of non-government finance are the internal causes.Besides,there are also some external causes that promote the development of our non-government finance,such as the problems with regular financing channels in terms of financial policy and direction of investment,and the limited channel of direct financing.The government should,on the basis of related legislative works,give some guidance for the institutional innovation and strengthen supervision to promote sound development of non-government finance.
