| 摘 要： | 随着国际的数字化进程的不断提高,电子档案的使用率越来越高,且广泛应用在日常办公与管理当中。本文主要是根据高校档案管理的工作特点来着重分析电子档案在应用中的主要特点,并以此来强调较快电子档案建设的重要性以及数字化手段提高档案管理工作效率的重要性。

| Abstract: | With the continuous improvement of the international digital process,the utilization rate of electronic records becomes increasingly high,and it is widely used in daily office and the management.In this paper,according to the features of university records management,the main features of the digital files in the application are analyzed to emphasize the importance of digital files construction and the importance of improving the efficiency of file management by digital means. |
