岩屑床的形成机理及对环空ECD的影响

摘    要:在大位移井钻井过程中,由于井眼长度较长,并且最终井斜角过大,岩屑很容易在大斜度井段和水平井段沉积下来,形成岩屑床,造成井眼不清洁。岩屑床的形成对钻井安全造成了很大的影响,可能会导致一些复杂情况发生,例如钻速降低、高扭矩和高摩阻、粘附卡钻等等。同时,岩屑床的存在对水力参数也有很大的影响,因此很有必要来研究岩屑床的形成原因以及对水力参数的影响。

Abstract:In the highly-displacement well drilling process,because borehole with a greater length and big hole angle,debris is easy to deposite in high Angle interval and horizontal section and forms cutting bed,causing borehole unclean.The formation of cutting caused great influence on the drilling safety,may cause some complex situation occurs,for example the penetration rate is reduced,and the high torque and high friction,adhesion stuck drill,and so on.At the same time,cutting bed has very big effect on hydraulic parameters,so it is necessary to study the cuttings bed.
