| 摘 要： | 企业采购,是企业的成本大户,存在很大的利润空间,控制采购环节中的各种费用、降低企业的成本,可以给企业带来很高的经济效益。本文通过研究采购成本控制的意义,得出采购成本的降低的一些方法,以改进企业采购中成本过高的问题。

| Abstract: | Corporate procurement has big profit margins and controlling the costs of the procurement chain,reducing business costs can bring high economic benefits to the enterprises.In this paper,through research on the meaning of controlling procurement costs,the ways to reduce procurement costs are gotten,so as to improve the problem of high corporate procurement costs. |
