提高健康保险专业整体教学效率的构想

为提高健康保险专业教学资源的利用效率,运用文献检索与定性分析方法,全面分析河南中医学院健康保险专业的实际状况,认为健康保险专业的专业课教师教学负担重、学生专业学习的思想不稳定、理论课程设置比例偏高以及教学考评内容与指标体系不全面,提出建立以强化学生知识、技能与素质为目的的健康保险专业一体化教学体系,营造教与学高效互动的新格局,提升该专业的全程管理水平,实现健康保险专业适用型人才培养的目标。

Ideas of Improving the Overall Teaching Efficiency of Health Insurance Specialty

In order to improve the utilization efficiency of teaching resources about the health insurance specialty,the literature retrieval and qualitative analysis method was used to comprehensively analyze the actual situation of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine health insurance specialty,and it found that the teacher’s burden was heavy and students’ learning idea was not stable,the proportion of curriculum theory was high and teaching evaluation content and index system was not overall.So the paper proposed the integrated teaching system to strengthen students’ knowledge,ability and quality,create efficient interaction structure,enhance the professional management level,and train applied talents.
