摘    要:输电线路因鸟害导致跳闸的事故频频发生,原因是鸟类在输电线路周围活动,对电网的运行安全造成威胁,导致保护装置误动作跳闸,造成停电事故发生。对于如何防治鸟害跳闸,使鸟类不再威胁线路的安全,同时又不伤害到鸟,一直是线路维护部门急于解决的热门话题。分析了目前普遍采用的风力旋转驱鸟器和太阳能声光驱鸟器的不足,提出了基于单片机的新型智能语音驱鸟器。本装置采用从输电线路上感应取电的方式,直接从电网中获取电能,利用单片机控制播放声音和闪烁发光惊吓的方法驱鸟,而不伤害到鸟。该新型驱鸟器结构紧凑、小巧灵、安装方便,可有效避免日益突出的鸟害跳闸事故,具有广阔的工程应用价值。

Abstract:Transmission line due to bird damage causes tripping accidents occur frequently,because the birds’ activities around the transmission lines,which poses a threat to the safe operation of the power grid,resulting in protection device malfunction trip,leading to occurring of power outages.How to prevent bird damage trip so that the birds are no longer the threat to the safety of the line,without harm to the birds,has been the hot topic in the line maintenance department eager to solve.Currently,the lack of widely used wind rotating birdexpeller and solar acousto-optic bird-expeller is analyzed,and new microcontroller-based intelligent voice bird-expeller is proposed.The device draws power from the transmission line,draws power directly from the grid,and uses the microcontroller to control and broadcast sound and give out light to frightened bird,without harming the birds.The structure of new bird-expeller is compact and dexterous,easy installation,and can effectively avoid the increasingly prominent birds tripping accidents,has a broad value of engineering application.
