| 摘 要： | 建设项目造价控制贯穿于项目建设的全过程,与项目建设的每一个阶段都存在不可分割的联系。本文系统地介绍了项目投资决策、设计、招投标、施工、竣工等各阶段造价的影响因素及控制造价的措施,针对传统造价控制过程中,容易忽视的重点阶段进行详细分析。

| Abstract: | Cost control of construction project is throughout the whole process of construction,and is close to every stage of construction.This paper systematically introduces the cost-influencing factors at stages of project investment decision,design,bidding,construction and completion,and measures on controlling cost.It introduced in detail the key stages that are easy to ignore in traditional cost control. |
